What is Council of Stellar Management?

If you are living the the Eve Online universe a bit more than the average gamer (and most Eve Online players do I think) – wait that didn’t make sense – you have heard about the Council of Stellar Management, or CSM for short. The Council is there as a loud representation of all the players to sound our issues to CCP (which is the developers of Eve Online).
If you have any issue that you want to discuss, or just want to chech out what is happening in the universe of Eve Online, and what issues and problems the players are discussing, check out the Assembly Hall in the Eve Forums.
